- Handles extra net : ( Agoda, Booking.com, Asiarooms / laterooms, wotif, latestays.com, )
- Edit allocation room at extra net
- Preparation sales call equipment ( sales kit )
- Prepare data base before sales visit / call
- Speak to the costumer and seek appointment
- Sign a written agreement with buyer
- Make sure the deliver product with good and excellent service
- Maintaining and developing relationship with existing customers via meetings
Telephone call or email
- Maintaining relationship with partner business

- Offer and negotiate contract with partner, or agent
- Understand the need or expectation of costumer

b. Reservation :
- Process reservations by Email, telephone, facsimiles, and online booking
- Process reservations from the sales office, other hotel departments, travel agents
- Know the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout
- Know the selling status, rates, and benefits of all package plans
- Creates and maintains reservation records by date of arrival and alphabetical listing
- Prepare letter of confirmation
- Communicates reservation information to the front desk
- Process cancelation and modification and promptly relay this information on the front desk
- Understands the hotel policy on guaranteed reservations and no show
- Process advance deposit on reservation
- Prepare expected arrival list for front office use
- Handles daily correspondence, responds to inquires and makes reservations as needed
- Makes sure that files are kept up to date
- Making arrangements for clients travel programs.
